On the third Thursday of each month we gather in Ceremony Circle — a space of refuge and remembrance in these changing times. Here, we return to what is most essential: the power of community, the wisdom of Council, and the nourishment of being seen and heard in truth.
We sit in the ancient practice of Council, where each voice matters, each story carries weight, and each person is held in witness. This way of gathering invites us to speak from the heart and to listen with presence, cultivating deeper connection with ourselves, one another, and the larger web of life.
Ceremony Circle is more than a meeting; it is a sacred container. Within it we tend our souls, honor our journeys, and strengthen the threads of belonging that sustain us.

SACRED LIVING YOGA
These classes offer a steady, grounded practice of breath, movement, and attention. Drawing from Ashtanga-inspired flow, Yin, and Restorative traditions, each class weaves together movement, stretching, breathwork, meditation, and sound to support presence and embodied awareness.
Yoga here is approached as a moving meditation — a way to meet challenge with steadiness, to listen inwardly, and to cultivate resilience that carries beyond the mat. Practicing together, we build rhythm, clarity, and connection within ourselves and within community.
