75 minute in-person yoga + crystal bowl sound healing in my Mar Vista garden studio $200 

2 hour in-person yoga + crystal bowl sound healing followed with tea ceremony meditation $250

It's my absolute joy to share my love of yoga with you. I've been practicing yoga for over two decades and am trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative styles. My classes combine a flow of breath and movement with stretching, breathwork, meditation and sound healing.

For me, yoga is a moving meditation, a dance with my soul. As I flow with my breath, everything else falls away. Breathing through challenges and discomfort on my mat helps me to remember to breathe through challenges and discomfort in my daily life. It was through the practice of yoga that I learned to hear my inner wisdom, to connect with both my higher self and with Source. This is a gift beyond measure and it fills my heart with so much joy to share it with others.

Perhaps now, more than any other time in recent history, we find ourselves facing unprecedented challenges, yoga is a tool for facing these challenges with grace and perseverance. Through the practice we can connect both with ourselves and our community.

With the landscape drastically changed, practicing in person has become a challenge in itself. I love practicing in community and love a challenge! I've transformed my garden into a private, outdoor sanctuary studio where we can practice together in a covid-safe manner.
